Applications are now open for the 2025 Downtown Georgetown BIA Events Volunteer Team! We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and responsible volunteers to join our team for the upcoming 2025 Downtown Events. Please fill out an application to be considered for this position.

The Downtown Georgetown BIA team will be selecting volunteers on a rolling basis, from April 2025 onwards. Volunteers must be a minimum of 14 years old. We will happily record volunteer hours for high school community service and other opportunities. All volunteers joining our team will receive training, along with opportunities for growth and positive connections in the community. No experience required! 

Volunteers are expected to attend the following event dates: 

  • Mandatory Volunteer Orientation Training (date TBD)
  • At least 10 Farmers Markets May 31st to October 18th, 2025 (Morning, Afternoon and All Day shifts available)
  • Both Summer Events - Downtown Palooza (Friday, July 11th 3:00pm to 10:00pm), Rock'n Roll'n Classics Car Show (Friday, August 22nd, 3:00pm to 10:00pm)
  • One of two Fall/Winter Events - Masquerade on Main & Mill (Saturday, October 25th, Hours TBD), Holiday Market (Saturday, November 22nd, Hours TBD)

Please note: All volunteer opportunities are broken down into volunteer shifts with the option of volunteering for the full duration of the event.
