Recent Acquisitions

On display August 31 to November 26 in the Helson Gallery, this exhibition features recent donations to the Town and the Library’s permanent Art Collections. The show explores connections to existing art in the collections and the creative influences that shaped the work of historic and contemporary artists.

Halton Hills Plein Air Artists

On display August 28 to October 1 in the Upper Sisnett Lobby, view paintings of local scenery by Halton Hills Plein Air Artists (HHPAA). Work by Monica Burnside, Carol Hughes, Sheila Mitchell, Beatrice Roche, Rose Scully, and Susan Ying will be on view with many available for purchase. The group meets every Thursday from spring to late fall in a local park to paint Halton Hills.
