Applications are now open for the 2024 Downtown Georgetown BIA Events Volunteer Team! We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and responsible volunteers to join our team for the upcoming 2024 Downtown Events. Please fill in the application to be considered for this position.

The DGBIA Special Events Coordinator will be selecting volunteers on a rolling basis, from April 2024 onwards. Volunteers must be a minimum of 14 years old. We will happily record volunteer hours for high school community service and other opportunities. All volunteers joining our team will receive training, along with opportunities for growth and positive connections in the community. No experience required!
Volunteers are expected to attend the following event dates:
- Downtown Palooza: Friday, July 12th, 4:00pm to 11:00pm
- Rock'n Roll'n Classics Car Show: Friday, August 23rd, 4:00pm to 11:00pm
- Farmers Market: Saturdays, June 1st to October 12th, 6:00am to 9:45am OR 9:45am to 1:30pm (Minimum 10 out of 20 market dates)
Additional Opportunities (if volunteers are available):
- Masquerade on Main and Mill: Saturday, October 26th 9:00am to 2:00pm
- Georgetown Holiday Market: Saturday November 30th 9:00am to 4:00pm
