Make the time for a few hours of relaxation and creative fun at Glazed Expressions!

No experience necessary! (Trust us…That’s often a big part of the fun!)

Simply drop in (no appointment required), choose the piece that catches your eye, select your colours and design, and begin!

Creating a one-of-a-kind work of art isn’t nearly as difficult as you might think. You’ll be surprised at what you’ll be able to achieve, even on your first try!

We have an ever-expanding selection of bisque pieces which appealing to all ages and tastes – From cute to contemporary.

Painted pieces are left with us for glazing and firing, and are usually ready for pick up in a week. 

Create at your own pace. Our flat studio fee means that you can complete your project in one visit, or let us store your unfinished piece until another day(or two, or three…) Either way, your cost remains the same.

Glazed Expressions offers a relaxing, creative experience. Our staff is always available, and happy to help with any part of your Glazed Expressions experience.

No appointment is required during drop in hours unless you have a large group or are taking advantage of one of our party package options.

 "OUR" promise to you from Monday through Saturday: If you are still working on your project at 8 pm, we will extend our closing time to 9 pm.

Moments in History

The original owner of this property was Georgetown founder George Kennedy (1823). The property changed hands a number of times: Henry Grass (1846), John Freeman (1852), James Freeman (1858). The present building was built circa 1888 and housed T. Wheelers Jewellery Store in 1890. It was owned by Mr. Bergsma from the mid 1960s to the mid 1990s.
